AFC informa nueva ubicación de su sucursal Quilpué
desde este 11 de noviembre
A contar de hoy lunes, la oficina del Seguro de Cesantía de la comuna comienza a
funcionar en sus nuevas dependencias, ubicadas en Baden Powell 66, local 9.
Quilpué, 11 de noviembre de 2024.- La Administradora de Fondos de Cesantía (AFC)
informa que, a partir de hoy lunes 11 de noviembre, su sucursal Quilpué tiene una nueva
ubicación para la atención presencial de sus usuarios.
La oficina del Seguro de Cesantía en la llamada “Ciudad del Sol” abrió sus puertas en calle
Baden Powell 66, local 9, a un costado de Construmart, dejando de atender en Blanco
Encalada 1240, donde se ubicaba hasta la semana pasada.
“Hemos estado informando desde hace varias semanas a nuestros afiliados y empleadores
sobre este traslado, a través de distintos canales presenciales y digitales. También cabe
señalar que el resto de la red de sucursales AFC y oficinas de atención parcial no sufre
modificaciones. El listado lo pueden revisar en afc.cl”, señala Pedro Cornejo, gerente de
Operaciones y Servicios de AFC.
TRAMITE SU SEGURO DE CESANTÍA POR INTERNET
AFC recuerda a los trabajadores que se encuentren cesantes y cumplan con los requisitos
establecidos por ley, que pueden solicitar su Seguro de Cesantía en www.afc.cl,
ingresando a la Sucursal Virtual de afiliados.
Para acceder, deben hacerlo con su RUT y ClaveÚnica del Estado o con su clave AFC, que
puede ser solicitada en la misma web. Una vez que haya ingresado, el afiliado debe
pinchar el botón “Cobrar Seguro de Cesantía” y completar el paso a paso.
Tanto en la solicitud digital como presencial, los afiliados deben tener a mano su cédula de
identidad vigente junto a su finiquito u otro documento original que acredite el término
de su relación laboral.
En caso de tramitar el Seguro de Cesantía en una sucursal de AFC, desde la entidad
aconsejan reservar su hora de atención en afc.cl con antelación. Más información sobre
