Más de 130 brigadas en terreno para atender la emergencia
En respuesta al pronóstico meteorológico que anticipa vientos que podrían
alcanzar los 70 km/h y precipitaciones superiores a los 90 mm, Chilquinta activó su
Plan de Contingencia Operacional, para garantizar la continuidad del suministro
eléctrico y dar una respuesta eficaz a los requerimientos de sus clientes.
Bajo este contexto, la distribuidora dispondrá de más de 130 brigadas en terreno
que permanecerán desplegadas en su zona de concesión durante toda la
emergencia, con el objetivo de abordar las posibles interrupciones de suministro
eléctrico.
Además, la compañía mantiene contacto y trabaja en coordinación con
autoridades locales, organismos de emergencia y la Superintendencia de
Electricidad y Combustibles (SEC), a fin de informar el estado de la situación y
priorizar sectores y clientes críticos.
“En respuesta al pronóstico meteorológico, hemos aumentado la dotación
en nuestros canales de contacto y el número de cuadrillas de atención.
Asimismo, informamos a las autoridades sobre las medidas adoptadas para
enfrentar esta contingencia que tienen como foco principal mantener la
continuidad del servicio eléctrico y resguardar la seguridad de nuestros
clientes y trabajadores”, señaló Paulina Guzmán, Gerenta de Servicio al Cliente
de Chilquinta.

Para garantizar la continuidad del servicio y proteger el bienestar de las personas
electrodependientes, la empresa proporciona baterías de respaldo y mantiene
contacto permanente, asegurándose de que reciban atención oportuna en caso de
interrupciones de servicio.
